Key Responsibilities:
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Activity
Develop a daily Chute distribution plan
Supervise the food scooping process to ensure a beneficiary gets the right entitlement
Manage food allocated to his/her chute as standards
Supervise Scoopers assigned to the chute
Compile food distribution report
Supervise chute cleanliness
Participate in food prepositioning exercises
End Results
Daily distribution plan developed and shared with key Supervisor
Beneficiaries get the right entitlement (Refer to FBM reports)
Food handling principles adhered too
Quality services rendered
Quality reports compiled and submitted
The chute is clean and always
Active participation is vivid

Required Professional Experience
One-year experience in working with humanitarian operations,
Experience in handling commodities management
Experience in working with refugee programs
Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification
Training in commodities management, and response training.
Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications
Advanced Diploma in Accountant, Procurement, Community Economy Development
A degree is an added advantage
Travel and/or Work Environment Requirement
