April this Year The Office of the President, Regional Administration and Local Government (OR – PMO-RALG) was approved the appointment of 7,612 Health Cadre Staff for Council Hospitals, Health Centers and Dispensaries as well as 9,800 Primary and Secondary School Teachers to do work under Local Government Authorities.

TAMISEMI will announce the names of teachers that will be employed for primary and Secondary schools in Tanzania so as to reduce the scarcity of teachers in government schools for providing better education to increase students' performance. All teachers will be required to report their work place within a specified time, for those who will fail their chances will be given to others.

The names of the employed teachers will be announced by PMO-RALG through the website www.tamisemi.go.tz.

For quick information when PMO-RALG announces the names of teachers.

The Ministry also coordinates and supervises development planning and sectoral interventions on donor supported programmes at district and other locals levels; issues ministerial guidelines to Regional Secretariats and Local Government Authorities; and strengthen the channel of communication and information flow between the national and sub-national levels.
