VACANCY FOR HEAD OF SALES AND MARKETING
ABOUT THE COMPANY
Dilex is a brandname under the umbrella of Mondrovian International Limited, Currently the
Company Offers Business Consultation Services, Business Formalization, Business Branding,
Business Promotion and Graphic Designing for both Printing and Digital Interactives.
ROLES
•Overall management of company’s sales and marketing portfolio to maximize revenue and
profit targets by devising and implementing strategies.
•To attract and retain customers so as to meet & surpass targets.
•To conduct market research, plan and execute brand marketing, public relations and adver-
tising activities.
•To coordinate and manage sales team in order to achieve company’s mission and vision.
REQUIREMENTS
•Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
•A target driven individual.
•Good presentation and persuasion skills.
•Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both English and Swahili Languages
•Good understanding of the basics in business formalization.
•Prior branding skills/ experience is a critical advantage.
REMUNERATION
•Monthly payment is good and negotiable
•Commission on Sales
•Telephone and Transport Allowances
