Mseru Secondary School is a School established to provide a quality learning environment for talented students in Tanzania, regardless of religious, ethnic, or economic circumstances. The school offers secondary education for O’ level (Form I to form IV) The school has “ the state of art” facilities necessary to enhance learning environment for student at all levels: The school has highly qualified, experienced and competent teaching staff; conducive learning and teaching environment; well equipped library; science and computer laboratories; play grounds and hostel for girls. Currently the school has a total number of about 170 students, 18 teachers and 11 non–teaching staff.

Qualifications
Outstanding practitioner with at least three years of relevant full – time teaching experience.
A relevant Bachelor’s degree desired in the different disciplines.
A National Teaching Qualification or other equivalent teaching qualification.
Have excellent subject knowledge and experience.
Successful Prior experience of teaching is added advantage.We value candidates who have engaged in Professional Development, taught students from culturally diverse backgrounds and who have previously lived and worked overseas
Reports to class Teacher/Head of Department/Level Head
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare daily lesson plans and use them.
b) Teach according to the educational needs of the students assigned to him/her, including the setting and marking of work to be carried out by the students in school and at home.
c) Assess, record and report on the progress, development and attainment levels of students.
d) Set, mark and moderate examinations under the direction of the department head.c) Prepare end of term reports within the set deadlines.
