MARKETING MANAGER VACANCY
St. Constantine’s International School (SCIS) is a co-educational, day and boarding British-style, international school, currently serving over 600 students from over 30 different countries. It is a Round Square School. Round Square schools are based on Kurt Hahn’s principles: Internationalism, Democracy, Environmentalism, Adventure, Leadership and Service. We are situated in Arusha, Tanzania and the school is the second oldest international school in Tanzania and now the largest international school in northern Tanzania. We are seeking for a marketing Manager, commencing immediately.
JOB PURPOSE : Reporting to the Headmaster, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for enhancing the School brand and increasing the utilization of the schools, products and services.

Key Qualifications and Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications studies or a related area and relevant qualification from a recognized university;
A Master’s degree in Marketing, Master in International Trade, MBA(Marketing) or a related area and relevant qualification from a recognized university will be an added advantage;
A minimum of three years relevant working experience, Must have thorough knowledge and experience in the marketing functions.
Must have sales management skills.
Must demonstrate good customer service management skills.

Excellent analytical and budgeting skills .
Experience in the digital and social media space.
Ability to take initiative and aptitude for quick learning.
Strong attention to details and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
High level ability to manage performance and accountability.
Strong networking and problem solving skills.
